Terms Of Use

OPENING AN ACCOUNT
There are no minimum order requirements to open an account however it is mandatory to buy at least one swatch ring from any one of our Programs to be able to order with us. However, please know that customers are confined to placing orders only from the swatch ring/s they purchase.

RETURNS
Customers can return any in-stock product within 30 days for a full refund/exchange excluding shipping charges with no re-stocking fee as long as item is returned in original condition and packaging. There will be a re-stocking fee of $30/piece if the item has been opened up and/or not in its original packaging. It is important to contact Creative Threads office to detail reason of the return and get an authorization prior to shipping the product back. Any returns received without a prior authorization will not be accepted and returned to the customer.

Custom orders are non-returnable.

SHIP TIME FOR ORDERS
In stock items are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. For items that are back ordered or for a custom order, depending on product ordered, ship time can be anywhere from 4-6 weeks. Customers will be informed of ship time at the time of placing an order. Creative Threads will ship partial orders as items become available and not hold them to ship the order complete.

DROP SHIP
Creative Threads offers the facility to drop ship all its products at no additional cost.

PAYMENT TERMS
We accept checks and all major credit cards except for American Express. Orders for in-stock products are charged for at the time of shipping the order. All custom orders have to be paid for in advance at the time of placing order.

DYE LOT VARIATION
We have very stringent quality control measures in place which ensure that difference in dye lots is minimal and within industry norms but know that there is bound to be dye lot difference between samples that customers have and orders shipped.
