Opening an account is a two step process. First, customer must send a copy of their business license and tax id. Second, in order to be set up in our system and be able to purchase any product from us, customer must buy at least one swatch ring. However, please know that customers are confined to placing orders only from the swatch ring/s they purchase.
We offer pre-fabricated & custom drapes, matelasse bedding, dhurrie pillows, velvet lumbar pillows, velvet drapes, decorative throw pillows and linen lumbar pillows.
All our in-stock products are represented through swatch rings. Please know that except for swatches of dhurrie pillows that come in size 8”X8”, all swatches come on rings in size 16”X16”. Please contact our office to get cost of different rings. Following swatch rings make up our stock programs:

We accept checks and all major credit cards except for American Express. Orders for in-stock products are charged for at the time of shipping the order. All custom orders have to be paid for in advance at the time of placing order.
To place an order for in-stock item, customers can use order form found under “Download Forms” on our web site or email orders to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax orders to 770-449-1546. For custom drapery orders, customers must use order for custom orders also found under “Download Forms”.
Orders are shipped via UPS ground service unless specified otherwise by customer.
Drapes and coverlets come folded and packaged in plastic zipper bags. For that reason, it is imperative that these items are ironed/steamed prior to use so that they hang/lay right. Pillow covers purchased without inserts come packed in plastic bags. Pillow covers purchased with inserts come packaged separately in plastic bags while inserts are placed separately in the same box. This is done so as to maintain and safeguard quality of the pillow cover. At the time of receiving order, it is best for customers to iron/steam pillow covers before stuffing them with inserts.
UPS tracking number is listed on each invoice which is emailed to customer at the time of shipping the order.
Yes we drop ship orders at no additional cost.
In-stock products are shipped within 1-2 business days. Custom orders are shipped within 4-6 weeks. Note that all custom orders for drapes are made in India with the exception of drapes that only need to be shortened. Order for drapes with custom length that need to be made shorter than 108” (since that is the longest length we stock) are altered from a local workroom in the US and shipped within 1 week. Cost to alter a sheer and lined drape is $20/panel whereas cost to alter a lined & inner lined drape is $30/panel.
Yes we have price lists for all our in-stock programs. Price lists accompany swatch rings at the time of shipping them and also can be emailed at the customer’s request. However price lists are not shared with customers if they do not have an account with us. For custom orders, we do not have a price list since there are many variables that make up price of a product. In order to obtain price for a custom item, we need specifications of the item emailed directly to the office or custom order form submitted following which a formal quote is sent within 1-2 business days.
As a custom order, we construct drapes in many pleats such as Parisian, French, Goblet, Monaco, Laurel, Cartridge etc. Drapes can also be constructed with grommets in steel or antique bronze colors. Please see images of drapes with different pleats and grommets below for reference. We also offer drapes that can be constructed in multiple widths in any length. Drapes can also be made with blackout lining.
Customers can return any in-stock product within 30 days for a full refund/exchange excluding shipping charges with no re-stocking fee as long as item is returned in original condition and packaging. There will be a re-stocking fee of $20/piece if the item has been opened up and/or not in its original packaging. It is important to contact Creative Threads office to detail reason of the return and get an authorization prior to shipping the product back. Any returns received without a prior authorization will not be accepted and returned to the customer.
Custom orders are non returnable.
We do not send memo samples. Only way to purchase our products is by buying our sample rings.
